Adam Gay, Vice President of Finance

Adam is a finance specialist with over a decade of experience as a healthcare financial executive. He oversees the finance function at Choice Rehabilitation.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Adam completed the Master of Accounting program at Fontbonne University. Later, after hundreds of hours of studying, he passed the CPA exam.

Adam began his career at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis as an Accounting Clerk. He quickly worked his way up in the organization eventually achieving his goal of promotion to Assistant Director of Finance. At this point, an opportunity in the healthcare field presented itself as the Controller for Life Systems, Inc. As the company grew, it became clear the company should sell to a larger Fortune 500 healthcare company named Steris. Adam provided invaluable assistance during the due diligence process and the sale soon closed. He was offered a position with Steris in Birmingham, Alabama, but he instead decided to stay in St. Louis.

The next career opportunity came as the Director of Accounting for Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation. Adam quickly helped the start-up company to achieve profitability. He was now ready for his next great opportunity as Vice President of Finance at Choice Rehabilitation. The tremendous growth and success of Choice Rehabilitation has been a highlight of Adam’s already vibrant career. As we move forward, we will continue to successfully serve the needs of our clients, residents, employees, and like-minded stakeholders.
