Kelli Baumert, Regional Vice President

Kelli joined Choice Rehabilitation in September of 2018 as the Regional Vice President.  With over 20 years of experience, Kelli has proved to be a dedicated advocate in the long-term care industry, notably focusing on our geriatric population.  In the last 16 years, she’s developed teams overseeing skilled therapists in many settings including home health, outpatient clinics, and skilled nursing facilities. Kelli’s multi-site managerial leadership and team building has spanned across Nebraska and Iowa. Her contributions continue and are supported by her oversight of clinical and operational aspects for Choice Rehabilitation’s Pioneer Region.

As a graduate from the University of Nebraska of Omaha in 2000, Kelli earned a master’s degree in Speech -Language Pathology. She has since been a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and the Nebraska Speech-Language Hearing Association, attending various seminars on the state and national levels.

Kelli has expressed that, “a team is only as strong as its weakest member,” giving cause to her passion of making “each team member shine.”  Ensuring that each member of the team’s voice is heard, and perspective considered provides insight into her supportive leadership style. This genuine consideration of others has fueled Kelli’s zeal for geriatric patient care, reinforcing Choice Rehabilitation’s mission of providing positive experiences for those we serve.
